I used to be the kind of person that jumped from one "opportunity" program to the next but I've gotten too savvy for that. One day I realized no one simply buys a product or a service--they buy me. So I invested time and money into becoming the best me I can be. This way, I can brand myself as the expert. If I help enough people get what they want, I'll be able to get what I want.

What do you want?

Hi Wyteria,

I firstly want to say thank you for your kind words. It’s so true, very important to have faith in yourself even when others are saying you can’t do this and that. I believe true power comes from responsibility and taking action. I have been reading and listening to audios of The Black Business Builders Club and it is very interesting, but correct me if I am wrong would you say it is similar to Success University; as the main aim of the club is to personally develop individuals.

Hi Wyteria,

Thanks for the comment. Hopefully my degree will increase my knowledge and enhance my skills. I hope to come out of University with many opportunities; hence I have taken a year gaining practical work experience at Morgan Stanley. The Black Business Builders Club seems very interesting, can you tell me more about it please.

Hi Wyteria,
Thanks for the comment. In all honesty I can't take full credit for my interest in psychotherapy. Having made the decision to return to work after having my daughter, a series of events, in fact choices lead me into one psychotherapy setting after the other as if in a grander scheme of things. The more I worked in the enviroment, the more my interest grew. It's been a process in itself. Your company seems very interesting

#Ethnicity Pay Gap... Where Are We Now

Posted by Dianne Greyson on November 29, 2018 at 15:31 0 Comments

In April 2018 I wrote an article about the Ethnicity Pay Gap. I wrote the article to raise awareness about the issue. It received great response and it made me realise more needed to be done.

Whenever possible I shared my views on the subject using the hashtag that I created #EthnicityPayGap and asked others to follow suit to raise the profile. As I continued talking and writing about the topic I began to realise months had passed and not much had changed, that is when I hit upon a…
