Dr Doirean Wilson is Editor in Chief for INCLUSIVITY IN PRACTICE www.inclusivityinpractice.com, the international definitive guide created for leaders and diversity professional practitioners’ operating in today’s globally diverse work environment. Doirean is a Senior HRM Lecturer at Middlesex University Business School London and Chair of the Equality and Inclusion Forum. Doirean is also a member of the prestigious Academy of Management (AOM) ‘Diversity and Inclusion Theme Committee’. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and Fellow of the European SPES Institute. Doirean holds a Doctorate in Professional Practice, a Master degree in HRM and a Postgraduate Certificate in Further Education in addition to other qualifications. She is reputedly the first BME woman in the UK to lead an Executive MBA programme. She also led a MA HRM workbased learning programme for middle and senior managers. Doirean has successfully secured teaching and learning research bids and ESF and SME funding. She runs a successful business consulting module delivered in the UK, Hong Kong and Dubai and a popular Equality Diversity & Inclusion module. Doirean is an advisor for Winmark's HR Directors Network of corporate leaders of blue chip companies such as PwC, E&Y and the Bank of England. She is also advisor for the BIPADA Academy founded by CEO, singer, actress and artist Patti Boulaye OBE. Doirean has published works in her areas of expertise that include strategic HRM, cultural diversity, cross-cultural teams, gender disparity and leadership and management. Her former roles include tabloid Journalist, TV Presenter and Projects manager. Doirean is also an artist of commissioned works and former lyricist for Cougar Records.
