Add Details of Windrush Beneficiaries
The Trustee(s) of the PPP Trust act in the best interests of its beneficiaries to obtain redress, relief, restoration and restitution of what is due to you. A beneficiary is a person who forms part of a group or class that can be identified specifically. It is a person who is entitled in law or equity to having suffered wrongs that need to be put right.
Please submit (below) your details of any person known to you who has suffered and is entitled to redress, relief, restoration and restitution.
The Windrush Beneficiaries Scheme applies to Commonwealth citizens defined as follows:
People who were settled in the UK before 1 January 1973 and have lived continuously in the UK since their arrival
People who were settled in the UK before 1 January 1973 whose settled status has lapsed because they left the UK for a period of more than two years
People who have the right of abode in the UK
The Windrush Beneficiaries Scheme also applies to:
A child of a Commonwealth citizen who was settled in the UK before 1 January 1973, where the child was born in the UK or arrived in the UK before the age of 18, and has lived continuously in the UK since their arrival
A person of any nationality, who arrived in the UK before 31 December 1988
